En las entradas de fuentes manuscritas, las fechas indican la fecha de creación del manuscrito, que no equivale necesariamente al período que este comprende. Se hace referencia a los tomos de The Joseph Smith Papers [Los documentos de José Smith] con la sigla “JSP”.
