Purpose

Your body is a gift from God! You can show gratitude for this gift by practicing good hygiene. Cleanliness is next to godliness and also helps you stay healthy and feel more confident.

Goal Description

Practice good hygiene, such as washing your hands, bathing, and brushing your teeth.

Goal Ideas

  • Wash your hands with soap and water before you eat, after going to the bathroom, and any other time you may have encountered germs (for example, after shopping or taking out trash).

  • Set a routine to floss and brush your teeth at least twice a day.

  • Bathe and wash your hair regularly. Use deodorant.

  • Learn how to wash your own clothes and start doing your own laundry. You don’t have to wash your clothes every time you wear them, but if your clothes have stains, wrinkles, or smells, wash them before you wear them again.

  • Learn how to care for your physical appearance and how to style your hair in simple and clean ways.

  • Create your own goal.
