YM/YW Activity

Who is Jesus Christ? How can I hear Him? What does it mean to be a child of God? What is my divine identity? During the YM/YW activity you’ll have an opportunity to get some of your innermost questions answered and learn about eternal truths found in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Each year the activity theme will be based on one of four topics: The Living Christ; The Family Proclamation; The First Vision; or The Book of Mormon. Teachings include how your Heavenly Father has a plan for your happiness, how Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love and know you in a most profound and personal way, and the miraculous events surrounding the Restoration of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

This activity will divide the young men and young women into separate groups. While one group is participating in the YM/YW activity, the other group will attend the morning devotional.

“And now, after the many testimonies which have been given of him, this is the testimony, last of all, which we give of him: That he lives!

“For we saw him, even on the right hand of God; and we heard the voice bearing record that he is the Only Begotten of the Father—

“That by him, and through him, and of him, the worlds are and were created, and the inhabitants thereof are begotten sons and daughters unto God.”
