Help from Heaven

I was called to be a bishop at a hard time in my life. I was a young father with a family, and we had been struggling with money. I was exhausted. It was also hard for my wife.

One Sunday my dear wife was taking the sacrament. The Spirit helped her realize something. Many of the problems we had faced were solved at some point during my calling.

The Lord knows our needs. When He asks us to serve, He knows what will help us the most. He wants to bless us. And He will give us these blessings as we faithfully serve Him.

Do you want to be happy? Stay on the covenant path. Our Savior is inviting us to come unto Him. He carries our burdens. Jesus Christ makes our life easier and happier. And He fills us with joy.
