Finding Stillness

The scriptures teach us, “Be still, and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10).

Being still can help us remember the Savior and feel peace in our souls.

We can “be still” when we have faith that the Savior helps us do hard things.

Every Sunday we can be still and know that God is our Heavenly Father.
