1 can (6 ounces/170 g) pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Peel and slice the banana into 1″ (2.5 cm) chunks.
Remove the stems from the grapes and strawberries, rinse the fruit in cool water, and drain.
Line a large oblong cake pan with wax paper. Place the fruit, except the coconut, close together, but not touching in the pan. Sprinkle the coconut evenly over the fruit.
Put the cake pan in the freezer for one hour or longer.
Scoop the frozen fruit onto a plate and let thaw for 5 minutes before serving with toothpicks.
