Tomato and Cheese Salad

2 cups tomato chunks*

6 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

8 fresh basil leaves, torn into little pieces, or 1/8 teaspoon dried basil flakes

Mix everything together, cover tightly, and let sit at room temperature for a half hour before serving.

  • Ask an older person to cut tomatoes into bite-sized chunks for you.
