How Do Christlike Leaders Serve?

When washing His Apostles’ feet at the Last Supper, Christ taught them that if the Master can serve His followers, then they can also serve each other. He said, “The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him” (John 13:16).

Activity

Christ showed us that leaders serve their followers and inspire them to become leaders themselves. Think of people you lead or influence at home, in your Church calling, or at work. How can you serve and inspire them?

Consider listing some people you could serve, and brainstorm specific ways you can serve or inspire them in a special way (like sending them an uplifting message or helping them with their Church calling).
