    Let’s talk about hidden costs. This ad promises a cell phone really cheap. But the small print tells about charges that make the real cost much higher.

  2. he company doesn’t mention those charges in the headline, because they want to hide the real cost. Satan knows that trick, too. He hides the price of sin in the small print.

  3. For example, if I steal something, I may think I’m getting it for free—but am I? It costs me my honesty, my self-respect, my peace of mind. And until I repent, it may cost me my closeness with the Holy Ghost.

  4. If someone cheats on a test, it may look like a free grade, but what are the hidden costs?
    It makes him a cheater, and he has to worry about getting caught.
    She doesn’t learn as much as if she really studied.

  5. The next day
    Hey, Mandy, let’s take a candy bar while the clerk isn’t looking.
    No. It’ll cost too much.
