    Jesus Calms the Storm

    (See Luke 8:22–25.)

One day when Jesus and His disciples were in a boat, there was a dangerous storm.

“Master, master, we perish,” the disciples cried. But they didn’t perish, because Jesus stood up and calmed the storm.

The disciples were amazed and said to each other, “What manner of man is this! for he commandeth even the winds and water, and they obey him.”
