1:0Caesar In the New Testament, the title by which some Roman emperors were known. It is used in the scriptures as a symbol of worldly government or power. Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s, Matt. 22:21 (Mark 12:17; Luke 20:25; D&C 63:26).
