Mobile devices, and computers are part of digital technology. We can use these technologies in lots of ways. We can get information. We can use them to help us when it’s not safe. We can use devices to find places and take care of our health. We can also use them to learn about Jesus and the gospel. There are good and bad things about using these technologies. Parents can help their children use devices when they are young.

Young children can share or borrow devices from other family members. Guidelines that follow the gospel can help families use technology.
