Missionaries Using the EnglishConnect 3 Workbook

The EnglishConnect 3 Workbook contains two sections: “Personal and Companion Language Study” and “Proficiency Practice.” It is recommended that you spend time each week working in both sections. (See “How to Use This Book” in the EnglishConnect 3 Workbook introduction to learn more.)

Day 1

• Start “Personal Language Study.”

Days 2–3

• Continue “Personal Language Study.”

• Begin “Proficiency Practice”:

  • Day 2: Speaking Proficiency Practice

  • Day 3: Listening Proficiency Practice

You may use EnglishConnect 3 Workbook Audio in Gospel Library for:

• Workbook listening activities.

• “Memorize Vocabulary” activities.

• “Read” activities.

• “Practice Scenario” activities.

Days 4–5

• Start “Practice Companion Language Study.”

• Continue “Proficiency Practice.”

  • Day 4: Reading Proficiency Practice

  • Day 5: Writing Proficiency Practice

Day 6

• Continue “Practice Companion Language Study.”

• Continue “Proficiency Practice.”

  • Day 6: Reading Proficiency Practice and Writing Proficiency Practice

Missionaries Using the EnglishConnect 3 Online Course

With approval from your mission leaders, you can use the EnglishConnect 3 online app instead of the EnglishConnect 3 Workbook. Sign in with your Church account username and password to access the online course. If you have any problems accessing the online course, contact [e-mail].

You can complete the activities in the online app following a similar plan as listed above.
