Accomplishing Goals through Christ’s Grace

Seeking heavenly help allows us to become more like Jesus Christ in our daily lives.

Jesus Christ is a perfect example of growth.

“He received not of the fulness at first, but continued from grace to grace, until he received a fulness;

“And thus he was called the Son of God, because he received not of the fulness at the first” (Doctrine and Covenants 93:13–14).

We can find success in following His example through our works and Christ’s grace.

Grace includes the enabling power and strength that comes from Jesus Christ and His Atonement. “The main idea of the word is divine means of help or strength, given through the bounteous mercy and love of Jesus Christ.”1

Part of Heavenly Father’s plan for us is to learn and grow “from grace to grace,” until we can become perfected in Christ (see Moroni 10:32).

As we work on our goals to grow more like Jesus Christ, we should involve Him and rely on Him to find greater strength, power, and joy.
