In Hongkong gibt es viele verschiedene Religionen. Die Kirche Jesu Christi hat dort etwa 25.000 Mitglieder. Diese Kinder üben für eine PV-Darbietung.

Sprache

Die meisten Menschen hier sprechen eine chinesische Sprache, die Kantonesisch genannt wird. Im Kantonesischen hängt die Bedeutung eines Wortes von der Tonhöhe ab, also wie hoch oder tief man etwas sagt.

Dimsum

Zum Dimsum gehören viele kleine Gerichte wie Klöße, Brötchen, Fleisch, Reis und Kuchen. Oft kommt man zum Essen als große Gruppe zusammen.

Das Leben in der Stadt

In Hongkong ist immer viel los. Es ist eine riesige Stadt mit vielen Menschen und hohen Gebäuden. Über 500 Hochhäuser gibt es dort – mehr als in jeder anderen Stadt auf der Welt!

Der Hongkong-Tempel

Dieser Tempel hat sechs Stockwerke. Weil es in der Stadt nur wenig Platz gibt, hat man den Tempel lieber hoch und nicht so breit gebaut.
