“Firecracker Bananas,” Friend, July 1992, 20
2 bananas, peeled
4 Popsicle sticks
1 cup cherry yogurt
colored sprinkles or chopped peanuts
Cut the bananas in half. Insert a stick into the cut end of each half.
Completely cover each banana with the yogurt.
Lightly cover the bananas with the sprinkles or nuts. Place on waxed paper and freeze for two hours. Serve them immediately or store them in a covered container in the freezer.
