“Fruit Salad,” Friend, July 1987, 31

Fruit Salad

small can frozen lemonade, thawed

1 cup coconut cream

different kinds of fruit in bite-size pieces

1/2 cup peanuts, chopped


  1. Mix lemonade with coconut cream; put some in small bowl for each person.

  2. Gently mix fruit together, then sprinkle peanuts on top.

  3. Use toothpicks to dip fruit into lemonade mixture.
