“Scripture Figure,” Friend, Aug. 1986, 37
In retelling scripture stories, this figure can represent any boy, such as Isaac, Samuel, David, or a shepherd. Figure should be mounted on lightweight cardboard, colored, cut out, then made into either stick puppet, paper sack puppet, or flannel board figure, as illustrated. Make several, and color hair and clothing differently for each one. See May, June, and July issues of the Friend for other Scripture Figures.
