Or another food important to your family.

Food is much more than fuel for our bodies—it’s also a form of connection! For centuries, food has been part of events ranging from birthdays to holidays, helping connect families and friends through their culture and heritage.

Even our Savior used food to connect with people. He fed His followers loaves of bread and fish. He ate honeycomb with His disciples. And during the Last Supper, Jesus Christ asked us to remember Him with sacred emblems that were food and drink.1

Here’s a recipe for Dragon Soup, mentioned in the video above!2

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 drops hot pepper sauce (or hot sauce)
