Guess what Elder Neil L. Andersen’s favorite job was on the dairy farm where he grew up? Taking care of the rabbits! Here are some other fun facts about him.
Elder Andersen:
- Was called to the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles in April 2009.
- Served as a missionary in France and later as president of the France Bordeaux Mission.
- Speaks English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Married Kathy Williams in 1975 in the Salt Lake Temple. They have four children.
- Graduated from Brigham Young University and Harvard School of Business.
- Loved to play basketball with his family after coming home from work.
Elder Andersen is a special witness of Jesus Christ. He is a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, who are like the Apostles Jesus Christ called to help lead the Church when He was on the earth. We can’t wait to hear what our Church leaders share in general conference!
