Lehi and Sariah’s Family Tree
Sariah and Lehi also had several daughters who may have married the sons of Ishmael.1
Sariah ate the fruit of the tree of life in Lehi’s dream, suggesting she was faithful and kept the commandments of the Lord.
Sariah once had a trial of faith when she thought her sons were killed by Laban. She found comfort in counseling together with her husband.2
“Goodly parent” to Nephi.3
She would have played an important role in helping Nephi develop the faith to seek answers to prayer, follow the counsel of prophets, and exercise faith.
