Are teacher council meetings only for new or inexperienced teachers?

All teachers are encouraged to attend teacher council meetings, regardless of how much teaching experience they have. In these meetings, new teachers benefit from the insights, ideas, and perspectives of experienced teachers. Also, every teacher can do better at teaching like the Savior. If we are humble and teachable, the Spirit will teach us ways we can improve.
