Prayer Power

I love to pray. I pray for my mom to help her find things she lost. I pray for my sister when she has a test coming up. I even pray at school and during recess, because praying helps me make better choices.

I can be a little stubborn, and I pray for help to overcome that too. Sometimes I get into arguments with my older sister, and I need Heavenly Father’s help to say sorry and to forgive her. Once, I didn’t want to do math at school. I asked Heavenly Father for help, and I was able to overcome my stubbornness and do the equations.

I try really hard to be obedient and do what Heavenly Father asks me to do, even when it’s hard. I know that He helps me when I pray.
