“When we feel scared, doubtful, or overwhelmed, we can feel the Spirit by counting our blessings. This allows us to gain a testimony of how much God loves us, and it shows us the ways He blesses us. When we recognize these blessings, we become more capable of heeding the promptings of the Holy Ghost. We can see the spiritual experiences we have been given and how they have strengthened us during our trials.”
