“Garden Treats Dip,” Friend, Aug. 1993, 30
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 green onions, chopped
Put the cottage cheese, dressing, and onions into a blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds.
Serve as a dip with green pepper slices, carrot sticks, celery sticks, cauliflowerets, radishes, zucchini wedges, cucumber wedges, broccoli flowerets, etc.
