Jesu mange navne

Mange profeter har undervist om Jesus Kristus. De har sagt, at han ville blive født for at vise os, hvordan vi skal leve. De har brugt mange navne til at undervise om ham.

Jesus, as a boy, is learning about carpentry from Joseph.

I skrifterne kaldes Jesus sommetider Immanuel. Det navn betyder »Gud med os«.

Jesus kaldes også Messias. Messias betyder »den salvede«. Jesus døde for os, så vi kan leve med Gud igen.

Jesus er vores Frelser. Han frelser os fra vores synder og døden.
