Temple Preparation
Temple Preparation
Overview
The temple is a holy place dedicated and set apart from the world to help us draw closer to Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. The center of our temple worship can be found in what is written on each temple: “The House of the Lord.” As we are ready for and worthily enter the temple, we make covenants with Heavenly Father. We also have the opportunity to join the Savior in His work as “saviours” (see Obadiah 1:21) as we engage in family history work.
Pacing suggestion: These lessons could be taught at any point in the school year or during any week in the Come, Follow Me pacing. A few possibilities are listed below for specific lessons.
