If you are looking to build a long-term supply of emergency food for you or your family, a great place to start is by visiting a home storage center. Home storage centers help Church members and others build a basic supply of food for their longer-term food storage needs.

What Can I Buy at a Home Storage Center?

You can purchase food items such as wheat, dry beans, rice, oats, carrots, apples, and other products that have been pre-packaged for longer-term storage. Most of these pre-packaged items are also available through the online store.

Purchases at the home storage centers are by credit or debit card only—home storage centers do not accept cash.

Before placing a large order, please confirm product availability at the home storage center and review the return policy:

You may return defective pre-packaged products in the original packaging with a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase for exchange or for a full refund to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.* Bagged items that are 25 pounds cannot be returned or exchanged.

*If the refund cannot be made to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase, the refund may be issued in the form of a check sent from the Global Services Department.
