Sabbath Memory Box

Sunday is a good day to think about all the scripture stories and other lessons you have learned in Primary. A Sabbath memory box will help you remember.

You will need old magazines, scissors, glue, a box with a lid, and a marker (optional).

Find magazine pictures that remind you of the gifts Heavenly Father and Jesus have given us. You might choose temples, prophets, flowers, animals, plants, and other things you are thankful for. If you can get an extra copy of an old Liahona, you will find great pictures in it to use, but other magazines will also do.

Cut out some of the pictures and glue them on the box and lid. If you wish, you can also put your name on the box by using cut-out letters or a marker to write your name. Put the rest of the pictures in the memory box.

Each week when you get home from Primary, open your memory box and add any pictures you drew or handouts you got in Primary. Later in the day, you may want to look through the box with your brothers and sisters or parents. Take turns pulling out an item and telling what it reminds you of. Doing this might give you ideas for Primary talks or family home evening lessons.
