Heavenly Father has given us hands to serve, learn, and grow. What are some ways you use your hands to follow Him?

1. Trace your hand on a piece of paper and cut it out.

2. On the hand, write or draw about a time you served someone.

3. Fill out the permission form on the back cover.

4. Send it to us! You can take a picture and email it to [e-mail], or you can mail it to the address on the back cover. Be sure to include the permission form, your handprint, and a picture of you!
