Egg in the Toast!

1 slice bread

1 tsp butter

1 egg

Salt and pepper

Use a cup or cookie cutter to make a 3-inch (8-cm) hole in the slice of bread.

Melt the butter in a pan on medium heat. Set the bread in the pan and cook until the bottom is golden brown.

Flip the bread over and crack the egg into the hole. Cook until the egg looks solid and white on the outside (about 2 minutes).

If you want, carefully flip the bread over and cook the other side of the egg. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
