“Strawberry-Banana Tarts,” Friend, Feb. 1992, 21
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons soft margarine
1/3 cup strawberry jam
1/2 cup chopped banana
Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and margarine together.
Divide the crust mixture equally into four lightly greased muffin cups. Firmly press the crust to the bottom and sides of each cup.
Blend the jam and bananas. Spoon an equal amount of the mixture into each crust. Refrigerate until firm. Top each tart with a dab of whipped cream.
