The Gathering of Israel

The story of the Lord and his vineyard in Jacob 5 is an allegorical telling of the scattering and gathering of Israel. We are living in the time of the final gathering. What can we do to help gather Israel in preparation for the Savior’s Second Coming?

Articles

  • “The Gathering of Scattered Israel.” In this general conference address, President Russell M. Nelson recounts the history of the scattering of Israel and reminds us of our role to help bring to pass the gathering of Israel and the restoration of all things.

  • “12 Facts about the Gathering of Israel.” This New Era article helps you see how the gathering of Israel fits into the gospel—and how you fit into the gathering.

  • “Hope of Israel.” President Russell M. Nelson and Sister Wendy W. Nelson invited all youth to join the Lord’s battalion by helping gather Israel in this worldwide youth devotional.

Activities

Standing Unshakeable in Your Faith

Confronted by Sherem, the anti-Christ, Jacob was not shaken from his faith (see Jacob 7:5). What can we do today to stand firm and unshakeable in our faith?
