I save all my leftover cooked cereal (wheat, oatmeal, cornmeal, even rice) to add to my bread dough. I put the cereal in the blender with some of the liquid called for in the recipe; then I add that mixture to the other ingredients with the remaining liquid.
This will change the volume of your bread, but the taste is fantastic and the bread seems more moist. Kathlyn N. Richardson, Canyon Country, California.
