Saints Channel (iOS)

  • How can I access Spanish content?

    To access Canal Mormón audio and video content, download and open the Saints Channel mobile app. In the top right-hand corner, tap the Settings icon, then select Español for the default language.

  • How do I download videos and audio episodes?

    Once you've selected an audio episode or video that is available for download, tap the icon in the lower right-hand corner or the information icon on the thumbnail image and select "Download to Device." You will get a message that the item is currently being downloaded and will be available in the downloads section on the home screen. Do not navigate out of the app while the content is being downloaded or the action will fail.

  • How can I manage my downloads?

    Once you've downloaded an audio episode or video, you can remove it from the download section by tapping the information icon on the thumbnail image of the downloaded content and selecting "Remove Downloaded File."

  • Can I disable YouTube streaming?

    Videos in the Saints Channel app default to YouTube for streaming. If the WiFi you're using blocks YouTube or if you would prefer to stream videos through another player, go to Settings, then Saints Channel on your device and turn "Default YouTube Videos" off.

  • How can I add content to a playlist?

    Once you've selected an audio episode or video that you would like to add to a playlist, tap the icon in the lower right-hand corner or the information icon on the thumbnail image and select "Add to Playlist." If this is the first time you've added content to a playlist, you'll be prompted to add and name your playlist. Your playlists will appear on the home screen of the app in a playlists section.

  • How do I manage my playlists?

    To remove content from a playlist, tap the information icon on the thumbnail image and select "Remove from Playlist." To delete a playlist, you must first find another piece of content you would like to add to a playlist. Once you've selected "Add to Playlist," you'll see a list of the playlists you've created. You can delete any of these playlists by swiping the playlist from right to left and then tapping the "Delete" button that appears.

  • How can I watch live events?

    Events such as general conference, Church Educational System devotionals, and some Mormon Tabernacle Choir events are streamed live on the Saints Channel. Listen live on the radio stream or watch the live broadcast (video available on iOS only) by refreshing your app approximately one hour before the broadcast. The live event will show up as the main feature and will begin when tapped.
