How do I avoid international shipping charges?

Click on the upper right corner of the screen, and change your country portal to the country you would like to ship to.

Why can’t I add a product to my cart?

Certain products are restricted to be purchased by certain people. For example, sacrament cups can be viewed by anyone, but only individuals with certain callings can purchase the item.

Why can’t I find the product I am looking for?

If a product appears to be missing, try logging in with your Church account. Certain products will only be available to purchase by endowed members or by those with a specific role and calling.

Garments and Sacred Clothing: To protect the sacred nature of garments and ceremonial clothing, those purchasing them must be endowed members of the Church or have a living ordinance recommend. Garment purchases require that you have a Church account.

Unit Materials: To purchase certain products in relation to your calling, make sure you are logged into your Church account. If you still can’t see products, make sure your calling has been updated in the Church Directory of Organizations and Leaders (CDOL).

If you are having trouble finding a product you believe you should have access to, please make sure your membership record is updated or connect your membership record number to your Church account.

What is a gift subscription? 

A gift subscription allows you to send a subscription to someone other than yourself. If you are trying to gift a subscription to someone in another country, change your country in the top right corner to the country where the recipient resides and place a gift subscription using their delivery address.

How do I order multiple copies of a single magazine subscription?

Change the quantity of your new subscription on the product page or in the shopping cart to however many copies you would like to receive. These copies go to the same delivery address.

How do I order subscriptions for multiple addresses?

Each time you select “Add to Cart,” you are adding a new subscription to your order that will be sent to its own address. During the checkout process, you will enter the magazine delivery address for each subscription you added to the cart.

How do I renew my magazine subscription in the U.S. and Canada?

 Make sure you are signed in and click on My Subscriptions. If your magazine is listed, renew there. You will need your account number, which is located on the back of your magazine. If it is not listed, place an order for a new subscription and it will be linked in My Subscriptions for future renewals. If you are not certain when your subscription expires, please callnullCustomer Support.  Magazine subscriptions are currently only available for one year.

How do I renew my magazine subscription outside of the U.S. and Canada?

If you know your account number, which is found on the label of your periodical or the renewal notice, enter the number in the “Subscription Account Number” field on the new subscription product page. If you don’t have your account number, set up a new subscription. Magazine subscriptions are currently only available for one year.

Can I still order an item if it is not currently available for delivery?

If paying with a credit card or billing to your unit, you can order the item and it will ship as soon as it becomes available.

Why does my address on store.ChurchofJesusChrist.org not match my ward directory listing?

our contact information on store.ChurchofJesusChrist.org is not linked to your membership record. You must update your contact information on your store.ChurchofJesusChrist.org account as needed. You can change your contact information in My Account after logging in.

When will my order ship?

In the U.S., items not on backorder will be shipped within six business days. Items on backorder can take several months to get back in stock and will be shipped once they are available again. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Outside the US, delivery times vary. If your country is not listed, we apologize for the inconvenience and are working to get it added. Estimated transit times do not include time to get through customs.

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. Orders with multiple items on back order may be held until all items are available to be shipped. Items on backorder can take several months to get back in stock. You can track the status using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

What does preorder mean?

Preorder means that you can reserve an item before it is released. Preordered items will ship after the official release. You will be charged for your preordered items when the products ship.

Where should I go with questions about garments and other sacred clothing?

Many questions regarding garments and sacred clothing can be answered in section 38.5 of the General Handbook: Serving in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. All additional questions about wearing sacred clothing should be directed to your local priesthood leader or to a member of a temple presidency.

What information do I need to provide to purchase garments?

Before you may purchase garments, you must be endowed or have a signed and activated temple recommend for living ordinances. A current temple recommend is not required. Your Church account will verify this information and permit you to purchase garments.

What information do I need to provide to purchase ceremonial clothing?

You must have a signed and activated temple recommend before you may purchase ceremonial clothing. Your Church account will verify this information and permit you to purchase ceremonial clothing.

Can I buy garments or ceremonial clothing for someone else?

Yes. If you are endowed and you have a Church account, you may purchase clothing for another endowed member.

Can I help another member buy garments or ceremonial clothing?

Yes. Use the Church account of the person for whom the clothing is being purchased as you teach him or her how to place an order.

Do I need to have a temple recommend to buy white clothing?

No. You do not need a temple recommend to purchase dresses, slips, footwear, trousers, jackets, shirts, or ties. You must be endowed or have a signed and activated temple recommend for living ordinances before you may purchase garments or ceremonial clothing.
