How do I update my household location?

To update your household location on the map, select your name in the directory listing and then select the Change Location link.

How can I see unverified and unmapped households?

To filter the ward map to show unmapped or unverified households, select the link next to “Showing” on the ward directory. The default filter is set to show “All Households.”

How do I update a household street address?

Ward clerks can update household street addresses in Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR) by selecting the member from the Member List and then selecting View Member Profile.

Our ward boundary is wrong. How do we fix it?

To fix incorrect ward boundaries, the bishop should work with the stake president, who is authorized to fix ward boundaries within his stake.

Why am I no longer able to download household data for emergency planning purposes?

In support of the Church’s data privacy policy, this functionality has been removed. You can create custom lists within the Member Tools app under the Lists menu item to view selected members of your ward or stake on a map. We plan to add custom lists to the Ward Directory and Map site in the future.
