Troubleshooting Recommend Printing

A PDF of the Recommend Does Not Display

Ensure that Adobe Reader or PDF viewer is downloaded to your computer to view the PDF. Download the free Adobe Reader.

The Recommend Did Not Print at the Correct Size

Ensure that the printer menu is set for US Letter or A4, portrait layout, and actual size (no scaling).

The Recommend Did Not Print

  • Ensure that the computer is connected to the printer.
  • Check that the printer is connected to an electrical outlet and is turned on.
  • Check that paper is loaded and that there are no paper jams.

The Computer Settings are Correct but the Recommend Still Does Not Print

  • Check the Downloads folder to see if the file was downloaded there. If so, you can open it from that folder.
  • Check if the file opened in a new window or tab. If so, you need to click in that window or tab, and then press CTRL + P to print. You can verify if you are on the right page by looking at the preview area in the Print menu. You should see an image of the recommend there. If there is no image, then follow all of the steps again to print the recommend.

I Have Tried All of Steps Above and Still Cannot Display or Print the Recommend
