Release Notes for My Home

April 11, 2024

A new missionary tool has been added to My Home. This tool has quick links to resources for connecting friends with missionaries, ideas about how to share the gospel, and contact information for local missionaries. Also, for temple workers, the Temple Worker Portal tile at the top of the page should now show in the first position by default.

March 7, 2024

A new option has been added to the Reorder Links screen to make it easier to turn all links on or off and then make customizations. The quote of the day now includes a link to the source article. Personalized links to upcoming local broadcasts have been added to the calendar tool on My Home. The Newsroom feed on My Home now includes a convenient menu to change to other Newsroom sources. Content feeds such as News, Featured Content, and Quote of the Day can now also be reordered.

November 7, 2023

Your reordering choices for links and tiles are now associated with your Church Account profile. This means they no longer reset when you clear your browser cookies. It also means that they should transfer to your other web browsers or devices when you log in.

A new tile has been added for upcoming lessons in Relief Society and elders quorum lessons. If ward leaders have not added upcoming lessons through the Gospel Library mobile app, this tile will not display on My Home.

April 17, 2023

A link has been added near the top of the page to enable the reordering of the link tiles. These choices are stored in a browser cookie. Reordered link choices do not currently transfer to other browsers or other devices but may in the future.

Five additional spaces have been added near the top of the page to feature updates from Church Headquarters.

The View Ministering Assignments tile in the My Links section at the top of the page now links directly to your personal ministering assignment in the Ward Directory website.

Upcoming Churchwide and local broadcasts have been added to the Upcoming Events widget.

Minor design enhancements have been made to the JustServe widget such as adding the JustServe icon.

November 18, 2022

A new JustServe widget has been added to My Home that includes upcoming service opportunities in your local area. Quick links are now My Links and appear as visual tiles across the top of the page.

The Ordinances Ready dropdown menu has been converted to a single button to better align with the FamilySearch tools.

July 13, 2022

A new Prophetic Messages widget has been added to My Home that will feature the latest article from the First Presidency or Quorum of the Twelve in this month’s Liahona magazine.

Some content on My Home such as the More Features, Inspiration, News, and Quick Links content can be accessed without logging in.

January 14, 2022

Three new widgets have been added to My Home. The More Features widget displays the latest updates from Church Headquarters. The My Study widget shows your last updated bookmark from the Gospel Library app. The Missionary widget allows recently returned missionaries to download a copy of their release certificate.

A new featured banner has been added to highlight important events such as general conference.

A new My Temple widget has been added to My Home, which displays upcoming temple appointments. It also enables members to submit names directly to the prayer roll of their nearest temple. The widget also has options for taking names to the temple using the Ordinances Ready tool.

October 22, 2021

New Quote of the Day and Verse of the Day widgets have been added to My Home. The verse comes from this week’s Come, Follow Me reading assignment. The quote comes from the most recent general conference.
