Overview of Viewing and Printing

The auditing system provides several ways to view and print audit results and reports:

• The Dashboard screen.
• The Exceptions screen
• The three stacked dots to the right of the unit
• Right clicking on any page will allow you to print that page

The user can print a paper copy or to a pdf file.

Your Church position determines which dashboard and reports you can access. It also determines the scope of the data you can see. For example, a bishop can see only information for his ward, but stake leaders can see information for the entire stake. Important: Audits may contain highly sensitive information. Please secure all saved files so that unauthorized persons cannot read, print, or modify them.
