How do I ship to a different country?

In the upper-right corner of the screen on store.ChurchofJesusChrist.org, click the globe icon and select the country where you are shipping your order.

Why can’t I add a product to my cart?

Certain products can only be purchased by certain people. For example, sacrament cups can be viewed by anyone, but only individuals with certain callings can purchase the item.

Why can’t I find the product I am looking for?

If a product appears to be missing, try logging in with your Church account. Certain products will only be viewable and available to purchase by endowed members or by those with a specific role and calling. In addition, the product you are looking for may have been discontinued due to a lack of demand or material availability. For updates about garment discontinuation specifically, please visit the applicable Garment Changes page. To check the status of other products, please call Customer Support.

Garments and Sacred Clothing: To protect the sacred nature of garments and ceremonial clothing, those purchasing them must be endowed members of the Church or have a living ordinance recommend. These purchases require that you have a Church account.

Unit Materials: To purchase certain products in relation to your calling, make sure you are logged into your Church account. If you still can’t purchase products, make sure your calling has been updated in the Church Directory of Organizations and Leaders (CDOL).

If you are having trouble finding a product to which you should have access, please make sure your membership record is updated or connect your membership record number to your Church account. To change your membership information, please speak with your ward or branch clerk. To connect your membership record number to your Church account, please contact Customer Support.

How can I order annual curriculum for my unit?

To place an annual curriculum order for your ward or branch, visit the Wards, Branches, Stakes, and Districts or Annual Curriculum sections of the online store.

Can I still order an item if it is not currently available for delivery?

If billing to your unit, you can order the item and it will ship as soon as it becomes available. Such products will show a status of “Temporarily Out of Stock.” In some countries, other payment methods also allow backorders.

Why is my address on store.ChurchofJesusChrist.org incorrect?

Your contact information on store.ChurchofJesusChrist.org is initially linked from your CMIS. If it needs to be updated, please speak with your ward or branch clerk.

Can I have my order shipped to a distribution store for pickup?

In-store pickup of items purchased online is currently available in the following countries:

- South Africa
- Ghana
- Cote D’ Ivorie
- Nigeria
- South Korea
- Uruguay
- Bolivia
- Peru
- Ecuador
- Mexico
- Argentina

If your country is not listed, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are working to expand this option globally.

How can I place an order for in-store pickup?

If in-store pickup is available in your country, you may place an in-store pickup order through the Online Store.

When ordering through the Online Store, after selecting your chosen product, you will see a “Pick up in store” button in addition to the standard “Ship to Me” button for home delivery. Once you’ve logged in and selected “Pick up in store,” you will be asked to confirm which Distribution Store you would like to pick up your order from, and then you can either checkout or continue shopping. Once you begin the checkout process, you will select a pickup date and time slot before completing your payment information.

After checkout, you will receive an email at the following intervals as your order is processed:

1. Order is confirmed.
2. Order has been shipped.
3. Order is ready for pickup.
4. Order pickup time has been missed.

How do I pick up an online order in a Distribution Store?

Once you receive notification that your order is ready for pickup, please proceed to your designated Distribution Store. A store employee will verify your identity and give you your order.

How long will my order be held in a Distribution Store?

In-store pickup orders will be held in Distribution Stores for up to fourteen days after your planned pickup time, after which your order will be cancelled.

When will my order ship?

In the United States, items not on backorder will be shipped within six business days. Items on backorder can take several months to get back in stock and will be shipped once they are available again. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Outside the United States, delivery times vary. See the table below for estimates. Countries with orders imported from another country are listed separately, and their delivery estimates do not include the time required to clear customs. If your country is not listed below, we apologize for the inconvenience and are working to get it added.
