Purpose
The “Audit Review” section includes the following:
- Any audit exceptions identified, the auditor’s explanations of the audit exceptions, and the priesthood leader’s corrective actions.
- An Audit Review Summary where all exceptions are listed along with a check box for each auditor and priesthood leader. Audit Completion Dates of each signer are shown at the bottom.
- An Audit Summary listing all audit questions with how they were answered.
This section gives the stake audit committee and other leaders quick access to the findings of the audit and the priesthood leader’s plans for correcting any audit exceptions.
