The Atonement of Jesus

Jesus Christ made it possible for us to become clean from sin and to live in the presence of our Heavenly Father after we die. He did this by taking upon Himself all of our pains, afflictions, and sins; by being crucified upon the cross; and ultimately by being resurrected from the dead.
