Micah; Nahum; Habakkuk; Zephaniah
Overview
The prophet Micah taught that the Lord desires us to “do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly” with Him (Micah 6:8). When the prophet Habakkuk had questions about the wickedness around him, he sought answers from the Lord and chose to maintain his faith while he waited for them.
Focus on truths that lead to conversion and build faith in Jesus Christ. Asking search questions and follow-up questions that help students identify converting truths can build their faith in Christ and their desire to obey Him. An example of how to do this can be found in Lesson 152: “Micah.”
To learn more about the importance of focusing on converting truths, see “The Savior Taught Truths That Lead to Conversion and Build Faith” (Teaching in the Savior’s Way [2022], 22).
