How can I help as a leader in my ward or stake?

You are not expected or encouraged to diagnose or provide treatment to members struggling with mental health issues. You can listen, show empathy and compassion, encourage treatment if needed, and connect members with resources. You can also help members feel welcomed and included, find meaningful ways to contribute, and deepen their faith in Jesus Christ.
