The Living Christ

The prophets and apostles wrote “The Living Christ” to tell the world about Jesus. Read part of it each month and memorize the words in italics.

His gospel was a message of peace and goodwill. He entreated all to follow His example. He walked the roads of Palestine, healing the sick, causing the blind to see, and raising the dead. He taught the truths of eternity, the reality of our premortal existence, the purpose of our life on earth, and the potential for the sons and daughters of God in the life to come.”

  • When someone is sad, what can I do?

My Kindness Map

Sing “I’m Trying to Be Like Jesus” (Children’s Songbook, 78). On a big piece of paper, draw a map of your home, your neighborhood, or your school. Add pictures of ways you can show an example of kindness to people you see there.
