Soon there will be three temples in Guatemala: Guatemala City, Quetzaltenango, and Cobán. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Guatemala has grown steadily since missionaries arrived in 1947. Today, the country has:

• 281,500 members (approximately)

• 51 stakes

• 7 missions
