“Thy Holy Temple,” Liahona, Apr. 2002, 13

Thy Holy Temple

1. Thy temple shines with heav’nly light

Against the darkness of the night.

My heart rejoices at the sight.

I love Thy holy temple.

Each time I see Thy temple shine,

I think of promises divine

And all the blessings that are mine.

I love Thy holy temple.

2. Thy temple stands majestically,

Inviting me, reminding me

To be the best that I can be.

I love Thy holy temple.

For temple marriage I’ll prepare.

I’ll seek Thy ordinances there.

With Thee I’ll covenant in prayer.

I love Thy holy temple.

I love Thy holy temple.
