What’s on Your Mind?

I keep trying to do things right, but I always mess up. I feel like I’m failing. What should I do? —Trying in Taipei

Dear Trying,

Don’t be too hard on yourself! President Nelson said, “When our imperfections appear, we can keep trying to correct them. We can be more forgiving of flaws in ourselves. … Perfection is pending.”* Remember that Heavenly Father doesn’t expect you to be perfect right away. He sent you here to learn and grow, little by little. He sent the Savior and the Holy Ghost to help us!
