8 whole graham crackers
1/3 cup marshmallow crème
1 cup chocolate ice cream, softened
Carefully break the graham crackers in half so you have 16 squares.
Spread the marshmallow crème on eight graham crackers.
Spread a heaping tablespoon of ice cream on the other eight graham crackers, then put on top of the marshmallow crackers.
Wrap each s’more with plastic wrap and freeze for three hours.
